We used Penn Flooring last year and were so pleased, when we needed tile we went back to them. All the staff there are great. Our tile, Tony, did an awesome job and really paid attention to detail. When we need something else done, we will be using them again.

Normally they are out to your home within 10 days. You may want to call them again and remind them that if you do not hear from them in 24 hours, you are taking your business elsewhere!!! That's what I would tell them as well as a very poor review!!!
The best thing to do is give them a phone call tomorrow when they are open. This is not their website. This is only Google Maps.
