$25-$30 is a very reasonable price for haircuts. If you go up north to a salon they are $40-$60.
Yes, they do highlights. It just varies on how much hair you have, and how much lightener we have to use it usually STARTS at $45 and can go up from there. Depending on if we have to use a toner or use more foils/lightener.
Women’s hair cuts are $25-$30. Men’s cuts are $15. And kids cuts are $12-$15.
