Jessica at the drive thru pharmacy is extremely rude and nasty, the worst customer service I have ever experienced any where. I went to pick up a prescription that was called in 2 days ago and was told it was not ready and I would have to wait 15 mins. I don’t have 15 mins as I’m on my way to work. When I tried to talk with her she slams the phone down and walks away. This isn’t the first time I have had rude customer service from Jessica at this pharmacy. Also, she would not honor the Good RX coupon price for the prescription. This is also the 2nd time they would not honor the Good RX price at this location. I will not be shopping here again, I’ll take my business to a competitor with excellent customer service. I’ve been a Store Manager for over 20 years and this experience at Walgreens Pharmacy is totally unacceptable.

Pharmacy staff was not very friendly or helpful when trying to fill a script before I left the country. He didn’t try calling other pharmacies to see if the medication was even in stock. Told me I couldn’t get it filled before I left. I called another Walgreens in Nicholasville who indeed had what I needed in stock and worked with me on getting it filled before I had to leave. This is why I switched to have my scripts filled elsewhere not to mention their prices on medications are always double the prices at other drugstores.
