Terrible service. No breakfast(they said there was) THEY LET A LADY LEAVE HER DOG IN HER CAR OVERNIGHT. HE WAS STARVING AND IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE. The person working knew she left him outside cause she couldn't pay the extra fee, and did nothing about it. (we called police and the dog is okay) When booking, they gave my father a hard time about pricing, so he went online instead to book without human interaction.

A brief visit with a nice facility and staff. Very good bathroom/shower. Breakfast service would have been good.

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend (1/15-1/17) with a friend of mine. We both left with bug bites. They definitely look like flea bites. When I called to let them know (I wasn’t looking for a refund or anything, just letting them know so they could resolve the issue), the person I spoke with, who I can only assume is the manager, got an attitude with me. She asked why I didn’t call yesterday after I checked out (I live in Southern West Virginia, I had a drive ahead of me). She told me there was nothing she could do because no other guests had complained and I must have gotten them from my own house (most definitely not the case. They didn’t show up until we got there and my friend doesn’t live with me). We will NOT be staying there again and honestly it’s not even because of the bites, it’s more because of the customer service and the way the situation was handled. I will be contacting the health department.

Stayed in hot tub suite and loved it. Room was clean and the wet bar near the hot tub was an unexpected bonus; would have rated five stars... Dropping to four stars though because the breakfast comes as part of the room cost but was useless... coffee was empty at 745 on a Sunday morning and the food is all cold and you're expected to microwave it. There is a Bob Evans right across the parking lot that is a 2 minute walk away at least.
