I have been with Freedom bakery since 1983 when my husband Frank worked for them all those years ago. The cakes are made from scratch to order and look at them they are beautiful. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our birthday cakes. Never disappointed with the quality and service. I sure do miss the old Freedom Blvd. location they had fresh baked bread, chocolate pudding pies, pasties and mouth watering delicious doughnuts. The Good ole days.

First off, my family has been using Freedom Bakery for over 30 years. This is our go to place for any special occasion, thus of course they had to be a part of our wedding. We did a take home cake tasking plate and all the flavors were delicious. My husband had his favorites (raspberry) and I can mine (caramel), but we both decided on the oreo filling which surprised both of us. Once we found a photo of a cake design that we wanted, it was very easy to send them that photo and change the colors of it to out wedding colors. We got a discount on the cake for having a family member pick it up ourselves. The process was really easy and as far as wedding planning goes, it may have been the easiest part of the entire wedding planning process. We also were able to order the same cake for our 2 month anniversary (as there were no left overs) and it was just as special and delicious. Planning to order again for our 1 year anniversary.

Hired these folks for our wedding cake. All the samples they provided for taste testing were outstanding. Judging by the case of baked goods in the store, they do some dang fine work. Excited to see the final result!

We used Freedom Bakery for our wedding cake and people were raving about how good the cake was! They were so easy to work with and we had the cake delivered, which was fabulous. The cake arrived without me ever having to check on it, and the design was exactly as ordered. I would gladly order from FB for any future needs, I am sure everything they make is just as good!
