Have you filed any citizen complaints to the proper personnel for investigation into your claims? And what activities are you referring to? Lastly, and most importantly, is it the actual police department (black uniforms) or is it the Person County Sheriff Department (brown uniforms)? Because alot of people put the two together and they are separate entities.
There is an App called Mobile Patrol where you can search about every Law Enforcement in the country. For Roxboro, u would have to click on Person County Sherriffs Department.
