The automated payment system that Pizza Hut has is horrible and they just started doing it. They need to find something more efficient. Ps Pizza Hut stop sending the inbounding calls to someone in India to place our order. It’s affecting your customer experience when placing delivery orders over the phone.

Love this Pizza Hut. You can sit down inside and enjoy your food. Many TVs available, each with a different channel. Staff is very nice here! Excellent customer service! Oh! And they also have restrooms! Sometimes other customers can really take for granted the hard work and effort all of the employees devote at this Pizza Hut. I want to express my gratitude with this 5 star review. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Thanks for such a great experience! 🙏

Absolute worst customer service. Started with a phone order for pickup and the person on the phone repeated my order to me 4 times WRONG the last time they repeated it, they got it right. No issues there. Got to the facility, picked up my order, paid. I checked the pizzas in my car, one order COMPLETELY WRONG. Wrong toppings on pizza so I returned to the store and asked an employee for help, he called another employee who then called another employee who was the self proclaimed “manager” or person in charge. I explained my issues and after repeating my exact order 5-10 times to three different people, she still was asking the same questions over and over again. She began to get frustrated and rude, threw the pen on the counter at me and began eye rolling, ignoring, interrupting me and talking loudly over me. This continued to a point in which I asked to speak to a manager, know her name or the name of the store/regional manager or owner, which she refused. I asked for the store address which she replied, “fucking Google it, I don’t know.” At this point I’m asking for a full refund of my money, almost 70 bucks! Once again, she REFUSED to give my money back and refused to give me any information of any manager or higher management or supervisor I could speak to. She then tried to kick me out of the facility saying, “please leave the store I do not want to deal with you right now you are harassing me.” WITHOUT returning my card, my money or my order. I told her I would not leave without my money back or my card and I called the hotline and a kind person helped me. I spent almost TWO HOURS trying to get my order or my money back and this woman would not give my money back. She used her cellphone to call someone to HELP HER WITH MY REFUND and took THIRTY MINUTES doing so. When asked why it is taking so long, she stated that she is trying and I gave her instructions on how to give a refund since I also work with the same system, and then my refund came through. She asked me to sign the receipt and when I once again, asked her name she stated she would not give me ANY information on her name, her manager, or anything else and that she never wanted to see me in the store ever again. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! PIZZA HUT DO BETTER!!!!!!!

Pizza was pretty good with jalapenos and pineapple and cheese not bad and the place was pretty clean I would have gave them a five star but they lack they're not customer friendly
