Not happy with the level of care I received from this inexperienced dealership. Overall felt like I was buying a Honda not a BMW . This will be the only purchase I make with BMW of Westchester . When a customer purchases a $40,000 car whether it is used or not you at least extend them the courtesy of trying to fulfill basic requests. Felt I could definitely done better somewhere else. My salesman should have done better .

Worked with Jorge Ghiggia. Showed up with a tire that was running low. Quickly diagnosed as a flat tire. Jorge worked the phones to get another tire to replace the damaged one. Very polite and customer friendly. Quickly helped to arrange the replacement of a second tire and an appointment to get the work done. Work was done in the time predicted. Very courteous and friendly. He is typical of the service advisors there and one o fthe reasons I keep going back to this ealership

We are taking a number of steps to protect our customers and teammates. We’ve always taken seriously the cleanliness of our facility. Knowing this is more important than ever, we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect our dealership. We’ve increased the number of times our staff cleans and disinfects common areas across our dealership by sterilizing all customer-facing and employee common areas systematically throughout the day. These areas include but not limited to door handles, countertops, restroom surfaces, handrails, tables, chairs, and many more commonly-touched areas. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the dealership wherever possible. We have instructed all of our teammates to stay home if they are sick, avoid shaking hands and to wash their hands often with soap and water or use hand sanitizer.
If you want to maximize your auto trade, the car should look its best. A clean and detailed vehicle is likely to be worth more at trade-in than a worn-down vehicle with stains that haven’t been maintained. Any of those minor repairs you’ve put off should be taken care of, too. They can add up. That stain on the seat or tear in the upholstery might not mean much to you, but it can mean a lot when trading the car in.
