The hotel property itself is just your basic average hotel, but the service was extraordinary. The hotel was sparkling clean, the breakfast was plentiful, but most of all, the staff was amazing. They were helpful and very friendly. I know it’s just a cheaper motel off of the freeway, and normally I wouldn’t review a hotel we picked only because it was affordable. The service was so extraordinary, I had to leave a review.

Positive: Next to I-5. Coffee stand in parking lot. Super friendly. A family friendly one to boot. Negative: Breakfast was gross. Raw soggy greasy bacon. Saw a kid go to get some then put it down n look at mom and make a yuck face. Was best part of brkfst! Eggs sat in 2¿ of water. Gravy ladle-for biscuits sat in 1¿ of all morning gravy slop.

Positive: Clean breakfast area and employees servicing it. Close parking to the building. Negative: The room and entry way smell of cigarette smoke. There is maintenance in the bathroom that should have been taken care of before renting. A plug in air freshener was used to cover the smoke smell in the bathroom. We were sensitive to both.

I walked in to a very clean, good smelling room. It was great. I could see my car from my room, another plus. I could hear a weird sound of cars and was concerned I'd hear it at night, but I didn't, it was very quiet. The beds are a little stiff, but my backs messed up from being in 3 accidents so that's to be expected and common (especially after my long drive and roller skating all night). The pillows were very comfy. The shower wasn't super hot like I like it, but to be fair I like it close to scalding. I literally inspected the mattresses and box springs just in case and they were very clean, no stains or anything. I'd stay here again, I like how it's located right off I5 without hearing cars at night.
