Brought a robe I use at church here to be cleaned. When I got it back it had multiple blue/grey stains on the front of it and on the armpits. The only thing that it had on before was neck stains. I asked for my money back and they refused and told me that they took it somewhere else to be dry cleaned. When I asked for the name of the place where they dry clean their items, no one could tell me the name of the location. Absolutely horrible experience. The two ladies that helped me at the front desk did the best they could but the owner was completely unhelpful and did not want to help.

Really nice, clean space, lots of washers/driers, very nice attendant; when I need to wash my comforter again, I'll gladly go back :-)

Strange neighborhood. Machines could be cleaner. Price for CC is 5 USD vs 3.75 cash per standard wash. But it was refunded.

Not the laundry I go too... Go to Bubbles on Broadway... Great guy there Paul. Great machines. It's just north of medical Center there on the left south of DSHS building. They are both very nice to me.
Anywhere from $4-$6 on the washers and close to $.75-$1 for every 10 min of dry time. It all depends on the size of the washers and dryers you need. As a single guy who works construction...I wear two outfits a day and wash sheets and towels every week. My bill is just over or under $20 not including soap and stuff.
BS they mother hen you allday...I was there and had the owner follow me around after their oldest dryer started to squeak. I then attempted to move half to 3/4 of that load to a new dryer and had to ask for my change. The owner was rude and continues to follow me criticizing everything I did. At this point I took my laundry home to air dry. This is not the first time I have had rude customer service. They also allow homeless people to bathe in the bathroom constantly.

The newer machines can take your card, be aware that it will put a $10 hold per machine use... it take 3 to 4 business days to clear it... but worth it. But they have 2 change machines and you can also get quarters at the tenant's desk.
