I will probably decline when I am assigned to come here to take orders for customers. I can wait and sympathize with them if I wait a long time for them to make the food but is the attitude of the staff looking down on customers unacceptable or is this how they are trained to communicate with customers? they're too young and they shouldn't have such an attitude. those were the previous times and today I had a worse experience coming here. I waited a long time to receive my order and they gave me an opened bag of food that looked very unhygienic and unsafe. I asked them to close it but they said we don't do that here. oh it's amazing to have this kind of service and i can't take a picture of that employee because of privacy violation but she's a bit big and has tattoos on her arms along with her coworker named Nathan. If she reads this comment or the manager can, please improve her customer service and be more professional in her behavior.

Located on the corner of 17th St. & Tustin Ave. next to The Coffee Bean with plenty of parking. Don't expect fast service because it'll take a bit and well, good sandwiches are not "fast". I went in yesterday Saturday at about 11am, I paid $14.41 for a Medium Smoked Turkey Breast Combo which includes a drink & bag of chips. The sandwich was super good and satisfying, customer service could be better however...it's kind of awkward when your food is being handled and the staff seems bothered (there was a girl getting trained and she was super nice though). The restaurant was clean and organized with inside & outside seating.
