Specifically requested the pomegranate dressing to go with my strawberry salad and it was keyed in the order correctly but when we got home, ranch dressing was in the bag. Also, a few of the pieces of lettuce were rotten and had to be picked out. Wendy’s needs to address the freshness of their produce and pay attention to orders to ensure what customers are asking for and paying for, is what they’re receiving. Disappointed customer

I just went through Wendy’s in Fremont and the staff are so friendly and polite, even though they were understaffed they still worked so hard and quickly to get us our order and the workers there definitely deserve a raise because it looked like they were the only 2 there doing a whole crews job, I didn’t catch any names unfortunately but it was a guy and a girl working today at 3:30 PM so shout out to those guys because you’re doing an awesome job!!!!!

Had gone through the drive thru at 9:20 ordered my food which was supposed to be a plain sandwich and fries. My sandwich had everything on it. Go back through to get it plain and Craig the person working window was super polite and very considerate about the mess up. And apologized more than one time for the entire incident. And the entire time he was fixing our order Zach, Jackson and the manager were sitting right outside the back door smoking a cigarette and left Craig inside to take and make the orders by himself and were completely rude and did not help Craig at all to remake the my order.

Chili, only reason I went there, was thin, & mostly beans. Not at all how I remember it. Got the baconator, burger was beyond well, super dry, menu says 6 pieces of bacon, yeah if you cut one strip into 6 pieces. I only gave it 2 ⭐ because the Frosty wasn't bad. Like to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I probably won't give them a second chance 🤔gave them a 2nd chance, bad idea ordered through the app, to pickup in store, so I could skip the drive thru. Doors all locked.
