I usually enjoy the food for the most part. Tonight was a different story... I went through drive thru and ordered a single meal, large and 6 piece nuggets on the side. I get my bag home (less than a mile away) and the fries and nuggets are cold. The fries were broken into tiny pieces, which shouldn't be served like that. I open my sandwich and it's missing the cheese and it's soggy/gross! As if they put double the sauce on. I go back and request new food, a manager doesn't even act concerned. I complain to the worker and his excuse-along with sorry- was that they were too busy and just trying to get the food out! To heck with quality! I get home with my new sandwich and open it, the sauce was better... BUT the meat was undercooked! I had to put it in the microwave for a few seconds to make it safe to eat! Ugh ... I don't plan on going back anytime soon. The workers don't smile or make eye contact. The inside was gross with wet drink station and looked to be dried drinks on the floor. The door sticks and is difficult to pull and push. Not happy with the service! When I went through drive thru the girl pretty much thrust my debit card at me at the same time as my large drink and acted rushed and impatient.

Consistently poor service and low quality food. Most the time they have some sort of oven issue and can’t make half their menu. Would recommend Sonic or anywhere else in town before Wendy’s.

Always busy when we seem to go, they always seem to forget something in our family orders. For a small town, please pay more attention when doing the orders..
