Worst experience ever. I recently got my own apartment and have been buying my home decor. I purchae curtains and a curtain rods. Had to return the curtains that were still on the hangers and still had the price sticker on. Lost my recipt and I didn't have my husband debit card with me which I purchased them with. Just wanted to exchange the color out to something different. The lady that assisted me was extremely rude she told me in such a rude tone of voice how am I suppose to look this up. After I told her I just wanted store credit to get different ones. She was questing me like if I was trying to steal. After I got that vibe I told her ask your security he just saw me walk down the stairs with them she gasped and then. Said well do u have a ID with such a rude facially experssion. obviously I have a ID. Because I'm I look Young and im Hispanic I felt that's why she assumed she can speak to me like this. I'm 30 years old and I have never stolen anything in my life. I need to return that curtain rods I purchased because there too small and I really don't want to go back due to the poor lack of customer service this lady had.i felt as she thought she was supior to me.

First time going to this Burlington store.The employees are great and friendly. Bathrooms are also well kept. They do though have amazing deals on coats and sweaters. A lot of their items are also good prices. You will definitely find something to buy.
