Great shop, great guy! My buddy and I didn’t do too well fishing on the river the last time we went there, but the shop has the essentials. Worms, hooks, minnows, and other things you’ll need to basically guarantee a catch. He also gave us really great advice! Do yourself a favor, support a small business, and have a great day fishing!

Questions & Answers

I'm going to be visiting and noticed that moodna creek is near my house. I fly fish so I am wondering if you carry flies? If not, can you give me some advice on the right rig and bait to use?

Hi Fred Sorry I don't carry flies. What part of the creek will you be at I'm down by the river, different parts of the creek fish differently depending on the species your looking to fish for. I'm going to guess cause you wanted flies you were going for trout. The state stocked early in the season they stock on route 32 in the highland mills area. If you want to fish for bass you would have to fish down along Forge Hill rd down by the river.
