Positive: For the price relative to the area, this hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. The staff was efficient and a very nice lady. Both of our rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. Beds, pillows & towels were surprisingly luxurious. Best value! Negative: Parking spaces too narrow.. But we checked in very late, and still had conveniently located parking close to our rooms.

I have no idea how this motel even has 3 stars, where to begin. The rooms are cheaply, sloppily thrown together and filthy! Everytime the person above me used the sink my drain would let up this smell of rotten eggs and sewage that completely filled the entire room. Even with the bathroom vent constantly on there was no way to cover that putrid smell. The "continental breakfast" was literally a banana and granola bar. . Seriously that was it. Meanwhile the guy behind the counter was eating a bowl of Cheerios so clearly we know where his priorities are. Speaking of priorities they have a NO CAT policy. . . They allow dogs but no cats. . .which makes ZERO sense. That's like saying we only allow boy children, no girls. You cannot discriminate against a certain animal it's either no pets at all or all pets welcome. They even tried to turn me away with my registered service cat. I had to tell them that was illegal and make the front desk contact the owner. Which the front desk lady was nice and the wifi was fast but for $120 a night you're better off literally anywhere else. This place is a joke.

Positive: It clean and comfortable. Also, when I business meeting was delayed, the woman at the desk kindly extended my stay by an hour with no extra charge. Negative: Housekeeping was very pushy about me leaving the room.

Positive: I asked for room close to elevators or doors and also for shower chair and received. Staff was.so nice checking in and out. Wish they had breakfast tho. Negative: Need.more handicap spots
