(Dishonest/shady/manipulative/bait and hook) A Worker told me they could fix my Jacket when I first went in.When I picked it up and revised it it was not fixed. I had already made the payment unfortunately. If the worker had told me that they wouldn't have been able to fix it when I first came in, I would have NEVER LEFT IT to begin with. The owner was rude and started accusing me of trying to take advantage. If I was trying to take advantage I wouldn't have paid . It was the classic bait and hook. They baited me by making me think that they could fix it, when I paid and was able to revise it, none of the issues I had gone in to fix were fixed. BEFORE you pay the second half, please revise your leather before you make the full payment.Let me make something VERY CLEAR. They DID NOT tell me when I first brought it in, that there were some repairs they couldn't fix. IF that had been the case I would HAVE NEVER left it. SECOND, THEY DID NOT give me 100% REFUND. The owner is trying to save face but don't be fooled. He uses SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS!!! It takes a lot to upset me and I don't write negative reviews unless the place definitely deserves it and I have to say that without a doubt, this has been one of the most unpleasant, rude, shady, manipulative experiences I've EVER have dealt with. Please, CHECK YOUR LEATHER BEFORE you pay.

This company is great with leather. However they are deeply dishonest when it comes to actually dry cleaning your clothes. I brought in my wife’s wool Aran sweater that was purchased during our wedding in Ireland. I asked for it to be dry cleaned. They washed and dried it. The sweater ended up being shrunk two sizes and was all matted up. I should have stopped using them right then and there but I didn’t. I brought them a $200 Kahala special edition Hawaiian shirt. I asked that they dry clean that as well. They didn’t. They washed it and it too shrunk. This was a shirt that was loose on me prior to bringing it in. You can not trust them to dry clean your stuff when you ask them to. If they deem your clothes washable, then that’s what they do. They are horrible.

I absolutely love the quality of service provided when they give my leather purses treatment. Last time I went they had purse 2 weeks and wasn’t ready though. Besides that, great place. I’ll definitely go again when I can.
