Ordered 3 couches. Two of them were faux leather. I was assured that it will last just as good real leather... Nope. 1.5 years later and it's cracking so bad on both couches. I wanted to pay more for real leather but they had nothing in stock. Then we paid extra for delivery. Told him a date and I had to call and text a bunch of times to have it be delivered. It was days late. Now I don't have a receipt for said purchase so now I can't even use the protection plan to try to get it fixed. That part is on me but if they had an updated system then I wouldn't have to keep a receipt to use the protection plan I paid extra for. I wish I went somewhere else. I wouldn't be in this situation. Go with someone else.

An over all great experience. On time and respectful when it came to them setting up in my personal space. Very clean and attentive. If there were more stars id rat a 10!!!
