They are always understaffed and I see the pharmacist is struggling. Sometimes there is pharmacist alone. I watched him filling prescriptions, answering phone calls, giving flu shots, checking out prescriptions, all by himself, but a customer is yelling to him....

Customer service at the pharmacy doesn’t exist. Pharmacist seemed annoyed, appeared to be mocking me, and had a bad attitude on the phone with my mom and to me in person. The pharmacy techs assisting him… again seemed bothered by my existence. Techs at the register were ok, but they need new systems and the pharmacy needs to improve their culture and customer experience.
