I've been here 4 or 5 times b4 and normally it's alright. Today I was waiting for a haircut and originally it said be there by 5:00 for my appointment. Got the notification by 4:39 to come check in and I was next. There was one stylist cutting hair at the time and three others standing around. I waited a full 20 minutes and decided to leave right at 5pm. The one stylist had just finished but the other three did not seem like they were ready or willing to take clients. I don't know if they were in a mood or funk being a Friday afternoon, but I just wasn't feeling the energy. I'd rather wait 3 plus days for my preferred stylist and come back... or maybe not. The lackadaisical attitude was not CUTTING it!

First time ever going to Sport Cuts. I did the online check in very convenient. My hairstylist Qiana, is a very nice lady I enjoyed the time spent just having a great conversation. Thank You Qiana, looking forwards to seeing you again for my haircut!

I called because i had a couple questions and the woman that answered was so rude and condescending. After how she spoke to me on the phone i refuse to ever give them my business. If this is how they treat their customers on a simple phone call. I could only imagine the customer service. Do better.

*Updated* The barbers at this shop are completely incompetent and you should go anywhere but here. I've given this shop 3 tries with 3 different barbers and each has been worse than the last. I can put up with a lot of mishaps and accidents when cutting hair, it can be tricky, but this final cut was no better than trying to do it myself in a mirror. Apparently "Keep the shape and only a trim" actually means, "move the part and hack away without asking or thinking for 2 seconds" in this shop. Go elsewhere. This overpriced garbage fire does not deserve your business. ***** The staff were very nice and the shop itself was clean, but the haircut was a little too sloppy to justify the cost of $25 before tip. If it was cheaper, I could live with the barber making these types of mistakes. Ultimately the haircut was sloppy and felt rushed so I will likely not return since it's just not worth the cost.
