The bagel was great; however the coffee was black. It had nothing added as requested on the online order. Staff was friendly, if that matters.

I usually come here often and it’s usually pretty good but today I had ordered a lg iced coffee with no ice for my mom and when I got the window it was half way filled so I’m not sure if this is how it is. The one in Johnstown filled it to the top. I did call manager and I asked so if I was to order a lg coke I would then get it half way filled and she said yes. I would expect if a customer is asking for no ice it’s filled to the top I’m pretty sure any customer would think that since they do put so much ice in their coffees.

Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese had almost no cream cheese and bagel barely warn. They were not busy at all. When I ordered the girls couldn't control there laughter for me to order. At the window they were being verybloud and ob obnoxious and being unprofessional....

This Dunkin is unsanitary and unprofessional. I went through the drive thru ordered a half dozen donuts (2 glazed, 2 choc frosted, a peanut butter, & a blueberry) they were out of peanut butter and that happens so I said do a Boston Creme instead. Paid and pulled out- decided to eat a donut at the light opened the box and they gave me 2 plain instead of glazed and another wrong donut so I was like ehhh I’ll go back in because no one eats plain. The girl literally laughed, because she knew she did that because they were out of glazed- then proceeded to take the donuts out of my box and put them back on the shelf to serve to someone else! The donuts that were in my car, out of the store, that I could have done anything too, and put them back on the shelf to give me 2 other ones. I mean by all means if you thought I was trying to get something for free throw them out, even though you knew you were wrong and laughed about it, but don’t put something I touched back on a shelf for someone else! That is disgusting!! I will NEVER eat there again.
