Worst autozone ever. Wont pick up phones, I then drove over & called while In line & still no one bothered to answer but they must have been huddled around having a safety meeting. Very incompetent & no attempt at customer satisfaction at all. I won't be dealing with autozone anymore.

I just walked into this business about 40mins ago picked out my oil and waited to pay the lady who checked me out was very disrespectful had a attitude. We asked a simple question if we had got the right items she insisted on arguing with us and telling us that we should’ve just looked it up ourselves on the app I thought they’re supposed to help you and tend to customers. As she proceeded to argue with us she pulled the Products out of my fiancé‘s hands brushed her body against his and pushed through to get to a different customer took his items set it on the counter and told us to move over and that if we needed to we could talk to a manager and manager wasn’t much help so therefore I am leaving this review they need to be retrained this is not right !

Your workers and manager at that location are terrible at customer serviceThey don't help customers and they let the phone ring until it doesn't ring anymore. I've called 5 times and no one has picked up. This isn't the 1st time either it's happened before it's happened several times when I tried to call them throughout the week and they never answered their phone I'm tired of it.
