We lived at the Hunt Club Apartment for nearly 6 years. The apartments are a delightful community that gives families an affordable start in a spacious apartment. It is the best and most affordable apartment community in Perris. The management is friendly, helpful and fair. If you run into problems paying the rent, if you discuss it ahead of time then they are very understanding and accommodating. We made a wealth of friends and acquaintances that we will have for life because of our time living there. I recommend The Hunt Club to anyone in the area seeking an affordable apartmtent community in the area.

(As a Manager myself of 7 years and counting) the Manager here is very unprofessional. They were charging me incorrectly for months, please question your statements. The utilities are listed as "utility reimbursement" (which by the way is the incorrect word for a charge) there is no detailed breakdown of what utility you are paying. When I questioned what exactly I was being charged for he said the utilities would prepare me for a home. How unprofessional to say, I am not a child and you have no idea what people are going through. He talks down to you. I did not get reimbursed for the over charge. Instead he only promised me a credit.(the over charge still displays online so if you pay online, you're getting taken advantage of)They raised the rent drastically during the pandemic and can't even fix the gates or get parking situated (most times my husband has to park in the street) each utility charge varies month to month as if they divide the utilities among us all so if you work all day and someone else stays home..too bad you're paying for them too. If you do your research there is alot of people questioning management and we are realizing they are charging people different prices for rent and some not having to pay utilities. Please beware and I encourage you to question things as there is alot of shady and questionably illegal behavior here.

Great community, minimal interaction with other residents which I appreciate. Travis, the property manager, is great and maintenance is always reliable. We love the open concept which is great for entertaining. I don’t see my family living in any other apartment in Perris or Moreno Valley. Rent may be high, but totally worth it in my eyes. Washer and dryer inside ? Priceless. Plenty of amenities. PS I have never seen a roach as others have been adding to reviews.

Cant be more grateful to Travis and Gerelyn at the office. For being so welcoming and professional throughout the time I lived here with my family for the last 3 years. Travis always following up making sure we were comfortably living in our apartment, and Gerelyn always accommodating Maintenece to my schedule. THANK YOU GERELYN!!!! Again Thank you Travis for opening doors in the most difficult time of my life. Highly recommend The Hunt Club Apartments THANK YOU !!!
