DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW AWAY MONEY. These guys are fraudulent. My experience was so bad that i'm actually taking the time to reach out to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. Velocity charged me $1800 and the code showed again 100 miles down the road. Terrible terrible experience overall. Took truck in for check engine code that said Def system related. The sales reps at Velocity told me it was inlet NOX sensor, and charged me triple market rate to replace the NOX sensor ($1800, including 3 hours of labor for a NOX sensor). Went from a free diagnostic $500 deposit to "our guys have been diagnosing and we have 2.5 hours on the books already that we have to charge you for." When i questioned the Def related code they assured me it was NOX sensor related and that their team "is professional and wouldn't have spent 2.5 hours on the wrong diagnosis." Did you guys ever think to test the actual NOX sensor? No, of course not. The process takes minutes and would have defined whether it was truly the problem. But in their mind it must be easier to slowly bleed their clients and not truly fix the actual problem. So now my company is down $1800 and the truck has the exact same problem. I might as well have taken the $1800 and burned it. When approached about this, they told me they would have to start the entire process again, at my expense. Shame on Velocity for allowing such inaccurate diagnosis in the first place, to charge me for it, then to not honor anything regarding the hours of labor I paid for that wasn't the real issue. Was told, "Now we need to look at it again." I'm taking it elsewhere, you should too. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID. UPDATED 5/27/22: The company's response is not factual but rather an attempt at cover up. When i called in, (on my way home) the representative told me word for word, "Well then, that means we will have to start all over again." He indicated that it would be at my expense and at no point said it would be at "no expense". That would have been real legit customer service.

I needed some emission parts for dd15 one box, the parts department was extremely helpful identifying the right part! The next day i came back for check engine reset and forced regen. The service department was super friendly and very flexible getting everything done very fast and efficient! EXCELENT! Thank you very much! Vielen Dank! Muchas Graçias! 👍

We can do general maintenance on them yes, however we are not an authorized dealer for that brand.
