My bag hole was made worse. I was promised the bag would be ready at a certain day and time twice and was not ready. I informed the gentleman that I would come pickup and the business was closed. When I was finally able to pick up then the hole was bigger than when I originally dropped off.

Upgrading my review from 2 to 3 stars after *finally* getting my jacket back. Mickael's mother did a great job and it looks much better than it did. It is just unfortunate that it was delayed for so long (almost a month and a half) after the finish date I was given back when I dropped it off. NOTE TO ALL: the man who runs the shop (Mickael Zapata) has been in the hospital since April after apparently a bad car accident. His mother does what she can to still take care of people's orders in the meantime, but she also has a full time job. She's lucky if she's in the shop once or twice a week. Don't bother with the posted phone numbers - they're not being answered. If you need reliable service with a shop that can easily be contacted, I reluctantly would advise you to look elsewhere - at least until Mickael can get back on his feet again ... if that happens. It's too bad - I came to this shop years ago and this family did some of the best work I'd ever seen. I sincerely hope they can get it back up and running again.

Michael took a deposit and the piece of furniture that needed to be repaired - he won't answer texts or phone calls. Do not give this business any of your property of money!!
