Do not buy from this company. I bought because of the delivery date they told me. If you buy in store, there is no way to track your order. You can only text them and they give you an estimate. I texted today (3 days before the original delivery date) and they told it would be at least another 4 weeks. If I had not been concerned, no one would have let me know. Do yourself a favor a buy from Rooms to Go, Nebraska or Ikea. They have much better delivery service, and they won't deceive you in the store with the delivery date.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever, order a set of 3 coffee/side tables in November 2021 with the promise that the longest it would take to be delivered would be 4 months, a pretty long time considering we paid in full at the time of purchase. I didn’t receive my order until September 2022 almost a year later. Not too mentioned that I had to keep calling every other week to check on the status because they kept giving me false expectations of delivery. Their customer service was the worst I’ve had to deal with, specially considering it was their fault.

From the moment I walked in and had a conversation with Chris, he didn’t make me feel like “here we go” he welcomes me and said if I need anything to let him know. Mostly, I’m greeted and I get hounded u til I leave. Not necessarily at Ashley’s but anywhere. This was a great experience. With that being said I left with a bedroom and living room suite. this is all because I didn’t feel pressured. Way to go Chris, keep up the excellent work.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley HomeStore has committed itself to provide a clean, safe shopping environment for all team members and guests. We've implemented additional safety measures, and are closely following the social distancing guidelines from the CDC. For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
I have no idea about the phone but I did not get good service there at all!
That sucks. I am sorry about that. I have done business with this store and they have always taken good care of me. Surely it was a mistake on their part.
I was told that any sale after thanks giving might take 2-3 months to get delivered.
We sure do! $99 is the standard delivery and set up charge.
