1. They ALWAYS get me in quickly, and since I work next door it is convenient to leave the car for the day. 2. They have been great about using discounts and coupons. 3. They are kind enough when I need a vehicle to provide one for me. 4 They are always fair. I used to go to a different VW dealership but these guys have won over my business. Can reach my service advisor via text. There is often no real wait to get it. Other dealership always 2+ weeks! Oh.... my vehicle is always very very clean, inside and outside. Again, the other local VW dealership never cleaned the inside of my car.

Raja is as professional as they come and he truly listened to me as I explained what I was looking for in my next vehicle. From his introduction to post-sale follow up...I never felt sold and he was transparent and easy to work with throughout the process. Well done!
