Asked for a gel manicure appointment at 3 , told they were busy and to come at 2 and I agreed . I get there and they wrap my nails to soak and leave me like that for 30 minutes , it starts irritating my fingers so I take it off . When they finally get around to taking my gel off my manicurist get a phone call and decides to take it , in front of me , just sits back and talks on the phone . Like I'm not sitting there or anything . I literally walked out at 2:45 . Could have came at 3 , told me to come earlier to literally waste an hour of my time and I do NOT appreciate it don't come here .

I went here because everywhere else was closed over the Holiday weekend. The service was terrible and the woman cut my fingers three times while giving me a manicure. Then they charged me extra for not paying with Venmo or Zelle. Looking at my nails today, they are streaky and poorly done (not to mention sore!) I do not recommend this place.

I was there a few weeks ago for a manicure. The work was mediocre, and I got an infection! I felt pain when she worked on my cuticle of one of my fingers. I told her she had hurt me, but she didnt say or do anything! She continue doing her job. Two days later, I had to see my doctor. My finger has a big infection. I am on anti-biotics and a medicated cream. Needless to say, my finger is like a balloon, and I am in great pain. Their utensils are dirty and she cut too much of my cuticle. Obviously, she had no training on how to give a safe and proper manicure plus the fact that they do not clean what they use. They must use the same dirty utensils on different people. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET AN INFECTION.
