I'm sure I'd reviewed Breadologie already, but it's possible I was too busy enjoying the food to write the review. This is an amazing family-run French bakery. It's the real deal. Start with the breads: Baguettes, brioche, sourdough, wheat, and more. You can't go wrong with any of these. (The brioche was *made* for French Toast, but you can use it for anything.) The baguettes are chewy and flavorful, as they were meant to be. Get the refrigerated pizza dough and enjoy the most delicious crust you've ever baked at home. Don't forget the entrees: Quiche that's buttery and soft. It will elevate your brunches. You might confuse it for a dessert. (But I get ahead of myself.) Lasagna, coq au vin, beef bourguignon. After taking a break during the pandemic, the famous eggywich sandwich is back. And of course, splurge on the deserts. There's a wide assortment and they vary from week to week. My favorite at the moment the decadent chocolate ganache. Don't plan on sharing this, get two. Pro tip: Go early or order ahead. When they sell out, they're out. I didn't mention the full menu of coffees and teas that they offer. I'm too focused on the bread and pastries!
