I live in Wisconsin and ordered a plant online to be delivered to my sister on the same day. I called the store before they closed to inquire about my order, but the phone just continued to ring. No one answered and there was no voicemail. Worried I was scammed, I found their Facebook page and sent a message. The next day, I saw my message was read, but they didn't have the courtesy to reply. My sister eventually got her plant the next day; however, some acknowledgement from the flower shop would have been nice. I paid $20 for same day delivery, and they failed to deliver on that day or communicate any issues.

Very professional and accommodating. I was looking for a special color of roses and they had it, this made my day and my wife was so excited about her favourite colored roses. Overall, her birthday was a memorable one and a very happy one. I recommend them 100 %.

I ordered a sympathy plant from this place to be delivered to a local funeral home on 04/28/22. Well needless to say, the plant was never delivered! When I call Deb’s flower market, I spoke to Jose, who appeared to have no record of my order by order number. After providing him with information on the funeral home, the recipient, and my full name and address, Jose said he would research it and call me back with a few minutes. He never called back, so I did. Then he said he had to speak with the delivery driver and would get back with me. Jose never did so I called him the following day. His reply was the flower was delivered to the chapel and he had a signed receipt. Meanwhile I had already called the funeral home who advised florist are advised to take pictures of the floral piece at the funeral home for proof of delivery. Long story short, there’s no pictures of the delivery and the funeral home said they do not sign receipts for delivery unless a special order! Jose has refused to send a plant to the family and claims there’s nothing he can do, Buyers beware
