Terrible service. I called in to schedule a visit and they said it was not needed. I explained I needed an MRI. They said they can take care of that in imaging. When I arrived for a walk-in I automatically got a different vibe (like they are trying to reduce the number of patients so they can just go home). I waited for about 2 hrs before I was told they couldn’t do anything. - They didn’t even check me in or saw me. I was on pain medication so I wasn’t suffering but couldn’t hold my bear weight nor walk. They made me walk to the counter like four times (talk about no emotional intelligence). So sad and unfortunate these places don’t take their responsibility seriously. I’m fully insured so the business opportunity was lost for them so that’s not the constraint, it’s simply mindset. Totally frustrating especially when I tried to avoid this specific situation by calling in advance since I had to drive 30 min. The ladies in the front desks need to deeply understand their resources and what they can and can’t do. Not assume and figure it out later. People don’t have time for the non-sense, especially when they are in pain and drive from out of town. Get it together and hire better qualified, PROACTIVE mindsets.

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR.RICKLEMEN SHE IS RUDE. GETS UPSET WHEN YOU ASK HER A QUESTION. NEVER SEEMS LIKE SHE IS IN A GOOD MOOD. THE WAY SHE TALKS TO YOU IS LIKE YOUR A CHILD. CHANGING DOCTORS ASAP. I SHOULDN’T FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE GOING TO THE DOCTORS.

Still having problems with this clinic. Won’t release shot records to other doctors offices so now I can’t get my kids shots because this clinic won’t release information of my own kids. Absolutely unacceptable. Will be doing everything in my power to get this place shut down so they can’t screw over anyone else.
