An ideal way to immerse yourself into the Redwoods. The path is well kept. The hike is a lollipop with the same out and back section. We took an hour which included a number of photo stops and simply taking in the enormity of these trees.

Liked it. Very popular and easy nature loop trail. Make sure to lock up your car, keep valuables with you per trail sign.

Trail isn't too far from the road. There are picnic tables and a little open area to hang out too. Trails were wide and easy to walk in the few feet we did. Was a great stop coming down the Avenue of the Giants from the north entrance.
