If I can leave a 0 star I would I get on hold for more then 15 min never get a response back and they just hang up and when they do all I get told is we don’t anything call again later really my glasses been pending for more then 4 months good thing I paid for q pair out of pocket And to top it off 2 1/2 hour wait for horrible service yea never again I already contacted insurance for a complaint off the office only way to get threw to the office was having my insurance contact them cause they said my glasses were approved and should been received months ago they even tried calling them themselves and didn’t get threw good thing it got turned over to the main people to take a look at this office I called right after got a answer then got put on hold and literally been on hold 10 min STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE

Ordered glasses-they were paid for and glasses were never received. Will not provide prescription as requested and required by law. Would not provide referral to specialist. Made in untold number of calls (20+) never a return call and promise after promise I finally gave up. The place across the street is more competent and professional. Run don’t walk away from this company.

I like the office,the front desk, the Doctor, Especially the gentleman doctor That examined me first. Very kind, and funny. 3 stars because the guy that I saw about what glasses I could chose was RUDE, NO HELP. HE SAID WITHOUT MEASURE,OR LOOKING AT MY FACE ,OR ASKING WHAT I LIKE,HE SHOWED ME A TABLE, AND TO PICK. HE LEFT THE ROOM, CAME BACK TOLD ME 6 TO 9 WEEKS, BYE. RUDE .
