The service man was so kind and helpful even when he didn’t get a chance to fix our fridge because it happened to start working before the appointment. He rescheduled our appointment so it wouldn’t charge for that visit since there wasn’t anything that could be done with no error codes showing.

My technician was great but.....my refrigerator was under warranty (3 yrs old) still cost me $700+, not the tech's fault but he left the dirty, old, heavy parts behind. I believe them when they tell me they are broken and do NOT need to see or discard them. He was courteous and showed up on time but I was disappointed in cost of it and the parts left with me

They have to have the worst repair service of all time, don't buy appliances here. Any warranty they offer will just give you the run around on the phone until you get tired of it all.
