I came in to inquire about why my bill went up by 13% and how we could get it back to what I was paying. The Customer Service rep, Andrew had zero empathy, but instead proceeded to tell me I could only make a “lateral” move by spending more money per month but receive faster service. I am highly disappointed with this employee and hope that Comcast will provide resources to him to increase competency.

Latoya D a billing representative is the rudest and unwilling to help customers. I have been battling with Xfinity since May 2021. I have been given nothing but aggravation since becoming a customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for internet.

Andrew Jones helped us abs we had a lot to do. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and worked to move 5 lines to Xfinity Mobile and helped get two households set up with new (and much better) WiFi routers. What an absolutely pleasant experience all-around! Thanks so much Andrew!
