Stayed here to visit the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Very new and clean. Breakfast and the breakfast server was excellent. Room service didn't really come by but I'll leave this at 5 stars cause it was so nice and the hot breakfast and breakfast personnel rocked, and the front desk was helpful, courteous, and friendly. Also has a serviceable pool and a hot tub. Also has a small workout area and a business station that I didn't use.

Positive: Nice staff, clean room, good breakfast, nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Negative: Maybe it was a fluke but no rooms were ready at 3pm. A bunch of us waited in the lobby and I waited almost two hours. However, the manager was very apologetic and gave us starbucks gift cards and drinks and bags of chips for my kids, which I appreciated.

When another hotel down the road didn’t honor a reservation, I was in a panic about my accommodations. I chose Holiday Inn because I always get good service at this chain. This location was no different, it looks like they’re currently doing some renovations or remodeling, so there is a little bit of maintenance foot traffic but nothing disruptive. The housekeeper asked me how I liked the room in the hallway. The rooms smell good, the beds are soft and there is a kitchenette in the lobby for breakfast and coffee. Close to downtown Cleveland.

The room was immaculate and quiet - no noise during the night. Extensive hot breakfast was delicious with so many choices -oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, bisquits, turkey sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc and both cook and attendant there to refill and offer assistance. Front desk person helped my find great car service shop. Thanks for great end to a car breakdown. And the tow from turnpike to hotel was less than 3 miles!
