I had an easy breezy service department interaction today! Wes was a delight. It felt like he cared more about my car than I do. He explained everything going on perfectly and I made him repeat it more than once so that I could Google it after I got off the phone with him just to make sure I wasn’t getting bamboozled. Luckily no bamboozling! Phew. Even when I complained about the price Wes introduced me to a cool new way to pay that’s going to work out during these next few months while this insane inflation is happening to all of us. Thanks Wes and all the service crew.

David and Ken spent about 30 minutes trying to help me get a Mazda trunk opened and unlocked manually. The trunk stayed locked when I unlocked all the doors. They were able to get the trunk opened but it stayed locked when it was shut again. Obviously something is broken in the locking system but they tried their best to get it working for me. Didn’t charge me for their time and were very kind and gracious. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you, David and Ken!
