What do you get in exchange for your hard earned money. An extremely burnt chicken sandwich and overcooked french fries. Not to mention a cook that refuses to re cook your food, cook you something different or give you a refund. Welcome to Ohio.

Was here recently and while the food ended up being decent the server was flat out horrible. She didn’t even try. No idea if she was having a bad day? Or if she’s always that bad but it was just sad. Had to wait to get seated etc. then wait again before even getting my chance to place my order. She never even said hi. No greeting at all. Just walked up and gave me the what do you want look. When my food was brought out, it was by a different young lady that was happy and smiling and at least asked me if I needed anything else. Upon completion of my meal I had to wait and eventually got my bill. Nobody ever visited in the meantime. Never even offered a drink refill let alone ask if I wanted something else. When I went to pay the other nice lady had to come from the kitchen to cash me out. Just literally NO SERVICE here. The so called “manager” was outside smoking and talking on his phone the whole time I was there too. I actually came back again a week later to eat again but when I saw that it would be the same girl I just left instead.

In spite of the slacker waitress who left her colleague hanging with a restaurant full of people, this was a good experience for this chain. Best Denny's steak I've ever had, and the lone waitress busted her tail to make sure all her customers were taken care of as best she could. Her poor head almost spun off her shoulders as she was running (literally) to do her job. Hats off to the kitchen staff for helping her bus tables too. Good work folks.

This place was probably one of the most discussing places we have ever ate! I've had Dennys before and I loved them. This location was awful. Said our gravy was only sitting out for an hour. It was clearly older then an hour it looked like a pile of puke. And tasted like dirty mop water. The "fresh" gravy was chunky with what looked like watered down milk.My sandwich smelled like cat liter. I absolutely do not recommend this location!!! We should have walked out first thing when we were told to grab our own menus find a seat he will find us. Very unprofessional in there and dirty environment if I could rate this in the negative I would.
