Yes we have an express service center. We book vehicles every 30 minutes for lanes 7 & 8! Schedule an appointment today.
In my experience, most have been either rude, didn't know how to do their job, or didn't know what they were talking about.
I've talked to him personally when I had a bunch of trouble with the service department, and he was unprofessional and rude...not to mention he didn't sound like he knew how to be a manager of any type.

No, and they also don't like giving courtesy vehicles to customers when they end up having their vehicle for a long period of time.
They use Lyft for their courtesy shuttle but I believe it only covers a certain radius from the dealership. I'm not sure if Caldwell would be close enough.
You are better off taking it somewhere else, they have messed my truck up pretty bad already from working on it.
