Ridiculously overpriced and poor service. $15 for a 750ml bottle of San Pelligrino -- these can be purchased for under $1 in bulk. We also waited over 90 minutes for our hibachi chef when we had 3 little kids in our party of 7 -- although two other tables that arrived after our table were served before us. Management did not offer any part of the meal gratis or provide any discount. We will never dine here again.

I arrived for my 7:30 reservation and was told it was going to be a couple minutes. It was now 8:10 and we were still waiting. I went up to one of the workers and asked when we were going to be seated and I was pushed off and told to ask someone else. I then asked a different man when we were going to be seated and he said he didnt have a table available even though we had a reservation. We finally got seated after 50 minutes and It took 15 mins for someone to come over and take our order. The guy didn’t come to cook our food for an hour and a half. Worst experience ever. No one is friendly and it is extremely slow. Definitely don’t recommend going here.

I waited 40 minutes to be seated for our reservation. We also got seated at a table to wait over an hour and half before the chef came to find out the table was not turned on. The manager didn’t seam to care and told us they will try to turn it on. I suggested we get seated at another table that works. He gave me an attitude and sat us at a unclean table with the previous party’s food crumbs everywhere and a uncleaned cook top. We had to let them know it’s disgusting and has to be cleaned before beginning to cook our food. We didn’t get a waiter to ask us for drinks. I complained to the manager again along with multiple other tables tonight saying it’s horrible service. The manager ignored us and told them to give us free soda. I didn’t eat my meal and neither did my wife. I suggest you avoid this place and trying another habachi location because this place was extremely disappointing. The food was not good because the chef was in a rush and put no sauce on the food. The manager was extremely rude and was clearly frustrated because multiple tables were complaining. I have never been to a restaurant where multiple tables are complaining and we had to take turns to complain about the horrible service and bad food. Go to another place please !

It’s a nice place. Delicious food. I like to have sushi, sashimi and my kids love hibachi. Friendly service. Yes it’s a little slow due to not enough personal.
