Really bad experience today ! I went with my friend today to cash 2 checks , 30 minutes later she tried to make a payment but her card got decline ! We went back to the same bank . The employees made her feels like she was the one who withdraw that amount of money out of her bank but she didn’t ! They asked who was the teller who did her transactions ,we told who it was .At the very end the teller who cashed my friends checks she ”Accidentally” withdraw $380 from her account How is that possible ?

Was asked remove my hood. Yea I get it but I laughed cus u still can wear a mask. . Then have some one else be rude after I complied. Dont say things under your breath make rude comments. Very very unprofessional.wish the other one never closed. Was the best staff ever.

I don't do business with them often, but the Cypress location gets 1 star for staying open and multiple employees not wearing masks while one was eating candy and touching her mouth, then going back to her counter and touching her chair and everything.
