Paid $27 for a medium pizza, it arrived 45 mins late and was cold. The manager wanted me to wait for another pizza to replace it but offered no refund.

Ordered through doordash. I got a pepperoni pizza and cinnamon sticks (I'm a picky eater). This is probably the best pizza I've had in all of Springfield. The cinnamon sticks are really good too

I placed my order late on Sunday night, and with not much hope of getting my pizza quickly, however my order was delivered within 30 minutes and still hot enough to burn your tongue when you take your first bite! Definitely a 10 out of 10!!

i ordered two italian subs and their card machine malfunctioned. I lost 22 dollars for those two subs and they would not refund me my money nor make me my food. after driving two hours to springfield i was hungry, and heard so many good reviews about this pizza place, but i was very disappointed.
