Have not been here in several years or more, but our carryout experience today was flawless. My son said the pizza was great, it was ready in time, cut well, topped well, fresh, and the employee we encountered was super friendly. Wish I caught her name for credit. Granted it was a quick carry out visit....but everything went well, and I was worried based off the reviews. Got a coupon for free cheesy bread next visit from a survey also....and got a medium pizza for $7.99 which lines up with chain competition.

MARCO PIZZA’S STAFF LACKS MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES FORTUNATELY, the people who work at this place make customers decide not to continue buying Pizza. A guy who has an Indian accent and works at this place is the one who usually answers the calls when you order pizza for delivery. This guy lacks management and expects everyone to understand what he says on the phone. If you make an order and, for some reason, you can't understand him, he will automatically hang up the call and leave you talking. This guy doesn't deserve to work at Marcos Pizza.

I do not want to give them a STAR AT ALL! There customer service is horrible. I was outside wait at curbside while they were inside talking. Management is horrible do not order from them at all there services are unprofessional. They are …HI, There. We are sorry that this was your experience.
