Our car broke down while we were on our way to visit our parents so we called AAA and our driver Tommy came to us right away! We had our dogs with us and he was kind enough to make us a water bowl for them given they were dehydrated. He was very empathetic of our situation and made sure we got home safe! He was so wonderful and we could not have asked for a better driver! He truly is an exemplary individual and Black’s Towing is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! We really appreciate the long drive he had to make for us in order to get home in addition to him having to drive back. Despite the situation it was truly a phenomenal experience thanks to Tommy, he truly deserves 10/10 stars if that were possible!

Outstanding towing service! Blacks Towing...met Gary first...only to discover we didn't have a spare! He called in and arranged for a tow truck since it wasn't a tire change. Gary was super polite and went the "extra" mile! Kudos Gary...then Alberto from Blacks towing arrived. Wow I'm ready to get another tow with having such a great experience thanks to Alberto who towed us home....Absolutely would ask for Black towing again! Great staff, polite efficient and even received update calls from dispatch (they were very nice as well! thank you) overall, the best experience! thank you to Blacks Towing! GREAT

What can I say, probably one of the best experiences I’ve had being towed. Rates are fair. Service is phenomenal. Driver was one of the most friendly people I’ve ever dealt with in these kinds of situations and was very prompt. Dispatch communicated the entire time. Even though they had one their own trucks in an accident on the 15 they managed to get someone over to me as quickly as possible! I’d give 6/5 stars if I could!
