This is the best McDonald's location I have ever been to. They have great customer service. I will for sure will be back to eat again.

Waited in line for about 15 mins before I could even place my order, then 15 additional minutes waiting on my order to be ready, just to find out they only gave my 1out of four items I ordered, total visit time, 56 minutes. This is ridiculous!!

How do you make sausage taste like nothing? No texture, no flavor. Exactly what I expected McDonald's to make. Only tried this because a kid wanted a cinnamon roll. Won't go back unless I'm forced to.

Ice storm so most things closed. But Kia let us know that even though she did t have the staff to take our order, we could use the kiosk or mobile app. She even brought our food to our table. Kia was also extremely kind and thoughtful. This has come to be a hallmark of this location since we moved to Hartsville a few months ago.
