They refuse to pay return shipping if they send you the wrong product. About 5% of the products they ship seem to be the wrong case. You have about a 1/20 chance of getting the wrong case. They offered a replacement...after I had complained about the return shipping, left a negative review on their Amazon page, and had already purchased a case elsewhere. They never offered to pay for return shipping. They also ignore your messages until you start leaving negative reviews. Then they go into panic mode, offering everything they can think of except the one thing that would make it fair, while still ignoring my replies to the emails they sent. Even their reply here fails to address why I started leaving the negative reviews in the first place. All I wanted with the refund was a postage-paid return label. Instead, I'm stuck paying postage to return their item on their mistake and dealing with their panic emails and review replies. One simple policy change with their company would completely avoid the situation altogether, even if they sent the wrong item. They are among the 20% of sellers that seem to cause 80% of the headache. I'm putting this here because it seems that this is the only way they get the message.

Buy if you only want to use the case for less than 90 days. Because that's about how long it will last. The plastic piece that holds the belt clip to the backing plate that holds the case is a very poor design. When it falls apart customer relations offers to sell you another and include an additional belt clip for free or behind door number two you can buy a replacement belt clip for $6.99. EVOCEL really stands behind their quality product. I had mine for 9 weeks before it fell apart. For $11.99 I would have been happy if I only got a year out of it for what I spent. M
