I am sure this will be resolved in time, but for now if you place an online order you are given a certain pick up window to get there and wait in a waiting room full of people. The main point of online ordering is a contact less shopping experience, or at least as limited to people as possible.

Been going here for over a year. The people are always nice and helpful, I have my favorite bud tenders. 😆. I've never had a hard time. I always leave with something good.. Of course some product disappointments but it's not their fault. Just go back and get something better..

I have shopped at Fluent over the past 2 years and after today I’m never going there again. This has happened to me multiple times at Fluent. I ordered last night online for pickup today. I drove there and sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes only to be told YET AGAIN they didn’t have what I ordered online last night. This happens there more times than not. Fluent has a VERY limited stock and very limited selection when compared with Gettysburg Herbology and York Rise. Revolving staff, poor management, no website updates on stock. It’s well worth it to go to Gettysburg Herbology and get curbside pickup.

I liked the place until recent two visits, first one they checked someone else out with my information, don’t know how this happens that a complete stranger walks out with a receipt with my name and doctors name on it? Next was I said my bill was not ok and I was told I was already saving a certain amount. I said again my order came to 231 and I added a 44$ item should be 275 but she insisted it was 280 not worth my time to say the words again.Up till now was good but since the biggest mistake of checking someone out under my info I don’t know??? Also you have rights as a medical patient especially if they check out someone else under your account and give them a receipt with private information on it. Just know ur rights and if they have been violated because then you have legal ground to make sure it never happens again. When I said something about this I was told happens more then you think I was told. That’s awesome that they handle it in such a professional way. Update on my review! Very happy they changed the way they handle your ID now, also staff has been very knowledgeable and good with the discounts. Very pleased as this is my home store. Keep up the great work and professionalism guys 👍👍👍👍👍

Not in PA, it's not a reciprocal State. But, you can buy in DC.
No you must an active mj card in that state. Medical card can't cross state lines.
