They use to be great. I've been with them for many years. Now my last two orders within the last 4 months have both been "lost in processing" Spent every week calling to check in on my expedited non profit. Every agent had a different answer about what process it was in promising I'd hear something within a few days. A week would go by I'd get a different story. In the end my expedited process was refunded because they were 9 weeks late. Then 2 months later thinking it was just a fluke. I applied for an expedited document for my LLC and that also got lost in processing. They did do right by refunding me however, if you need something for your business no refund can cover the stress they cause and the hours of wasted time on the phone. Not worth it and no longer a customer.

Used them many years ago for some legal docs. Also used them to set up LLC that I ended up never starting. So cancelled back in 2019. Just now received call for back pay. Explained I had cancelled. Said no record of canceling on file. Threatened to send me to collections. Make sure if you ever use them to keep copies of all communications including cancellation. I searched my email and couldn’t find and I never printed copy. Then, they told if I paid $99 the would call it even and would even notify corp commission that I was terminating LLC. After they process payment they back peddled and said they wouldn’t do it. Tread lightly with these nut jobs. I should have been more cautious and organized with my records. Lesson learned.
