So disappointed with my service the past 2 times. I have them a 2nd chance and $95 dollars later for a gel Mani/Pedi. 2 days after my Gel Mani/Pedi ($95) 2 nails peeling. Went in a they repaired, 3 days later more chipping and peeling. Not going back for new or existing repairs. I think it's time Super Nails 2 refresh the products they use(many look old and expired) and maybe a few staff need to retire & Add qualified staff to replace. I think that would really help. I'm sorry for the bad review but I feel like I was rushed n not giving the appropriate services from Super Nails 2.

So terrible! I had to go back the next day to get my “Gel” nails re-done. I have been getting gel since I started getting my nails done 10 years ago and I cannot believe how much they have continued to chip! I have never had this happen they usually last at-least a month. Worst 90$ I have ever spent. I would almost have compassion if maybe I had a job or went out a lot doing things that would chip them but I’m 8 months pregnant and I don’t leave the house at this point or do anything that could even chip them I’m convinced that they charged me for gel but used normal polish. I’m so appalled by the service I received and hopefully I can save someone else from this experience so u don’t waste ur money or time having to keep coming back and getting them fixed! Go somewhere you can trust…
