Greetings! When buying a new home the process can be quite stressful. From the very beginning Lennar Mortgage and especially Mark Isaac went above and beyond the normal scope of work to help us with procuring an affordable loan. Last summer we decided to purchase a new Lennar Home. The lot and house we were hoping for was to be released the following Spring. It turned out the lot was released a few months earlier than expected and we had not prequalified yet. We had figured there was plenty of time. I received the phone call on a Friday morning and had to act quickly and submit all the required documentation. Thanks to the Lennar team and Mark Isaac we were pre-qualified and able to have our deposit transferred to Lennar by 5pm that evening. Mark Isaac and Joleen Johnson are truly professionals and were a pleasure to work with. They answered any questions we had. Mark kept us updated on market interest rates and made sure our best interests were considered. We are extremely happy with the terms of the mortgage and especially happy with our new home. We have worked with several lenders over the years and we have had bad experiences and were expecting all of the “oh we need this right now” phone calls that have been the nightmares of years last. This was NOT the case with Lennar. The communication was outstanding the entire time and they never lost a single thing. If we had a question or pointed something it was addressed immediately!!!
